Since I met lots of wonderful people there, I thought that it would be unfair, if I write in Lithuanian. So here it is. A post in English.
Why (again) Tartu? Well, I participated in the international conference Bridges between Baltics, so that was the main reason to visit this lovely city. Now I can bravely boast, that I saw Tartu in all seasons: spring/summer, autumn and winter. And this city easily passes the test - it is beautiful in any time of the year!
I spotted some changes there - some houses were renovated, some graffiti removed, but what never changes - the tasty cakes, pies and other sweets in legendary Werner's cafeteria! Also, the strange public, which gathers in the most queer (in my opinion) place in Tartu - pub Zavood.
And now - few pictures to illustrate my adventures there. I hope that was not the last time I visited this old Estonian city!
Dinner in the highest restaurant in the World (The Gunpowder Cellar )
One of many stickers in Zavood pub
Cacao and Napoleon's cake at Werner's
Looking all serious :)
