Spring is coming (although, technically it is spring already, but you know what I mean), so I decided to try some new products that would help me to hide my winter-outworn skin. Vitamin D aside, I thought about getting myself something that would help me look instantly refreshed. With this thought in mind I went to "The Body Shop", to see what they have to offer.
I daresay that TBS rarely fails to satisfy me with the quality of their products, and this was probably the main reason why I chose to go to their store (second being a discount that I had because of my birthday). One of the consultants gladly helped me to pick a foundation that, for the first time in my life, fit my pale Baltic skin perfectly! I got Fresh Nude Foundation (colour 012 Bora Bora Tiare) and it's been more than a month since I've been using it. And I like it A LOT! It doesn't dry my skin, it also leaves semi-mate impression. But most importantly it helps to even the tone of my skin, helping me to cover all those tiny blemishes that sometimes pop up very unexpectedly.
I also bought Fresh Nude Foundation Brush that helps me to spread the foundation evenly.
Since I had nothing to remove the foundation with, I was talked into buying Drops of Youth Youth Gentle Foamwash that is enriched with plant stem cells. I do like the product since it removes the makeup pretty well and refreshes my skin, but I cannot agree that it "cleanses the skin without drying" - I have to use hydrating cream afterwards.
Take care of your skin!
P.S. This post is NOT sponsored by TBS, it's just my own opinion
